About LivingWell Psychotherapy Inc.
Our therapy center is based on the idea that we can all learn a new way to think, live, and grow. The human brain gets entrenched in patterns that sometimes requires outside support in order for us to see things from a new perspective. Psychotherapy is about teaching and equipping families and individuals with the tools it takes to make positive changes. We can't change your life for you, but we can stand by you and teach you while you learn to make those changes yourself in a supportive environment. The best part of recovery in therapy is how great you will feel once your journey begins.
Mrs. Tamara graduated from the University of Houston with a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and completed her training at the VA Hospital in conjunction with Baylor College of Medicine. She is referred to by Pediatricians, School Counselors, Community Support Groups, and Company Employee Assisted Programs. Her professional history includes almost a decade of working with psychiatrists and other mental health providers in order to find the best care for her patients. She has a practical approach that makes therapy easy to understand. Her goal with every client is help them manage their own challenges so they can increase the joy in their lives.
